A new Franco-Swiss dimension.

Founded in 1995, ITC Development has supported more than 1,000 assignments in hospitality: executive recruitment, openings, acquisitions, restructurings, outplacement and social issues linked to hotel assets.

ITC Development is now a partner of the Swiss firm Selectalent Conseil & Recrutement, founded in Geneva by Laure and Estelle Limousin. This alliance combines Patrick Laborieux Delorme’s long-standing expertise with two recognised professionals in hospitality recruitment.
